Shipping Options and Costs
We ship our products all over India, using our trusted and verified courier partners. We charge a variable shipping fee based on the weight of your order. The shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout, before you place your order. Here is the table of shipping charges for different weight ranges:

We currently do not ship internationally, but we are working on expanding our service to other countries soon.
Shipping Time and Tracking
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. The delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier service, but it typically takes 3-5 business days for most locations. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees, and that shipping time may vary depending on factors such as weather, holidays, and courier delays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order online. You can also check the status of your order on our website by logging into your account and clicking on “My Orders”.
Shipping Restrictions and Exclusions
Some products may have shipping restrictions or exclusions due to their size, weight, or fragility. These products will be clearly marked on their product pages and may require special handling or packaging. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order that contains such products, and we will notify you of any changes or issues as soon as possible.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any other locations that are not serviced by our courier partners. We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply to international orders.
Shipping Damages and Returns
We take great care in packing and shipping your products, but sometimes accidents may happen during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the product and the packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem and offer you a refund, replacement, or exchange, depending on the situation and availability.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the shipping costs. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for the return. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the details of your request. We will provide you with the instructions and the address for the return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and for ensuring that the product arrives safely and undamaged. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 14 days.
